Wrathstone, how to adapt to 1handed enchant changes

I'd like to open this thread for both pvp and pve players regarding the changes for one handed enchantment values. Are you going to resort to poisons again as a PvE DPS or just for PvP utility? What do you find interesting on a tank? Please share your ideas here!

Also, could anyone confirm if multiple people can use poisons on the same target or if it has global cooldown? (In that case tanks should run them)

You cannot stack poisons (target can be affected just by 1) and if you have poison on your frontbar your backbar enchantment has halved value due to the bug that makes game think its cp150 white enchantment (same quality poisons are)

PVE I go Nirnhoned + Infused. I tried Precise on PTS, but the difference was within the margin of error, so I save Transmutation stones.

PVP I go Nirnhoned + Sharpened + Poison.
