PC-EU : Lost items from mailbox after yesterday's maintenance

Hello,
I'd like to report :
1) the loss of 4 mails containing items in the mailbox of the account @DeirdreOfAmber. These mails were sent by another player.The mails disappeared from the mailbox, and didn't return in the sender mailbox neither. They have been sent few days before the maintenance.
2) The loss of items in one mail : the mail has been sent after the maintenance, arrived in the mailbox but was empty.
If it can help, a precision : When I logged the account @DeirdreOfAmber, I made it to the character's page, then I got a weird message saying "transfer failed" and game crashed. (I use the french client it was saying exactly "Echec du transfert")
I hope there'll be something to do about this, even if I doubt it.

PS I tried to use the ingame support, category "I lost an item", but guess what, there if you want to report the loss of an item, it's asked to go in your inventory, click on the item and ask for help to declare it lost. Do you really pay someone to design this ingame support ? If yes, fire them so they can achieve the real purpose of their life, cos clearly they're at the wrong place

Amiliana✭✭✭I confirm items lost in mailbox. I had mails that had at least 7 days left before they were supposed to disappear... atm i estimate between 4-8 mails..

Someone opened a topic in another category. Zos answered there and I don't if you have seen it, they ask us to post the references of your ticket if you opened one.
