The final area you fight in during Depths of Malatar dungeon would make a fantastic basis for the second Surreal Estate. I was so mesmerized by the way it looked that I almost died because I went all Sightseer and forgot I was in the middle of a battle for my life!
I haven't bought the Cold Harbor one because I don't like the surroundings and atmosphere of that zone, but I would buy the Rainbow Rooms one in a heartbeat!
