[Resolved] Do I see that right? Orcs got 2400 stamina instead of 2000?

As the title says, my tooltip says Brawny 3/3 2400 stamina. That's 20% more than the patch notes state. Obviously I thought that this is due to CP and the numbers scale, but switching to my Imperial revealed that this was not the case there. Is this a tooltip bug? Do Orcs actually have 400 stamina more? Can anyone confirm?

Well this is what I am seeing. Even after logging out and back in. Is that because I am not lvl50?

If you allocated your CP, it would add 20%. The passive are increased by your first 300 CP now.

@Siohwenoeht Yes, but that can't be right, because my other characters also have 300CP and it should say 2400 for them too. But it's only my Orc.

@BlueRaven Well I changed from Vvardenfell to Craglorn, and it's still like that.

As Ahala said, its because you are below level 50 you have getting the battle scaling effect. this does effect racial passives.

@_Ahala_ I only have one character below lvl50. Can you confirm that it is actually battlescaling somehow? Also, doesn't that kind of suck for new players to see their racial bonuses get lowered after they skilled them?

As far as the patch notes, base is 2000 stam for orcs. It could still be cp, because it's also additive now, and it's effect will depend of any other % modifiers on your builds. If it's level scaling that is really interesting because now at low level you could feel much more powerful than at level 50.

@Siohwenoeht It is definitely not CP, but battlescaling seems the most likely right now. Since the only character that this happens on is also my only character below lvl50.

Yes, this is definitely battle scaling... a lot of power multipliers such as major sorcery/brutality, the max mag boni from northern storm and inner light, and now the racial passives get boosted below level 50. They will revert when you hit level 50. It was added with the one Tamriel update a long time ago to help bridge the gap between new and veteran players in quests and dungeons. While it does suck that you will lose power without explanation at level 50, you will be able to make up for this power loss and move far beyond with good gear sets, higher quality enchantments, optimized cp, food buffs, and class, racial, and weapon passives

It's not technically lowered but yeah for new players ...I pity their confusing.

It's likely the below lv.50 battle scaling. I was leveling my DK(Finally) recently. And Major brutality was giving 24% bonus to weapon damage. And the medium armor passive was increased as well a little bit I think, so was the minor Brutality Passive DK's provide. Armor set values were boosted as well, like Shacklebreaker's 5-Piece bonus giving over 2k resources at blue quality.

Yep, I do believe battle scaling is the culprit. I checked on one of my own pre-50 characters (an Imperial). He got 2400 health instead of 2000.

There we have proof then. I was already scared that ZOS pulled a last minute ninja buff on us to boost Orcs even more ahead.

Things like stats need to be investigated outside of PvP areas.

Which leads me to ask, does Battlespirit apply in Battlegrounds? I have not been there myself.

@Nestor This is not PvP related. It just sounds similar. Battlescaling is, apparently, what the below lvl50 boost is called. Battlespirit applies in Battlegrounds.
