Channeled Focus Glitch

After multiple in game reports I figured this might get more attention here.
The Graphical effect of Channeled Focus makes my Character look like they are wearing a zipper down their spine.
I have this issue on a Female Argonian, if anyone can confirm any other Race or gender combinations that look like they are wearing a cheap Halloween costume when using this skill drop it below, maybe @ZOS_GinaBruno can have a nice chat with the wonderful Art team and fix this long running issue.
