Seven hours maintenance....
Seven hours (and counting) while patching....

On top of all of the other frustrations ZOS has been thrusting my way recently....

I don't get it. I turned my PC on today, it told me maintenance was going on. Left it up and went AFK. When I was back, maybe half an hour later, no longer in maintenance and the PLAY button was up. That was at about 3PM GMT or so.

So I logged in, expecting the 2 -hour long loading screen. And it lasted less than a minute. Same for all the guildies that logged in at that time. Took far longer to sort broken addons tbh.

Perhaps the long patching times are due to something on your end?

So fifteen hours and thirty seven minutes after ZOS takes the server down, I get the game I have paid for back.

    I want my money back...

You have to promise to delete your game, get rid of your account and not start another account. You can still come play in the forums if you want though.

I started to log in then went and grabbed some breakfast. Thirty minutes later when I came back into the office it was done. So less than thirty minutes for me.
and then the parrot said, "must be the water mines green too."

Took me about 1 minute (ater the patch was downloaded). Honestly, I think people complain a lot... Thank you ZOS for upgrading the databases and informing us it could delay login even if didnt for everyone.

I'm dreading the time when I come home from work and wait a few hours after updating.

I hoard a lot of sets that I will not use.

It was hard to get so I'm keeping it.

    Whatever.

Or congestion. If you patch when everyone else is trying to patch that could slow things down.

I'm in Australia with infamously slow internet speeds. My patching took about an hour.

Loading screen about 1-2 minutes. Possibly ZOS just wanted everyone to get rid of some of their junk.

It took me 10-15 min max fur patch, and first loading screen 2-3 min max, so not too bad :D

Took 15 minutes to download at most (was AFK during), little over an hour to patch, about 3 minutes to load into the game
