Question about 20% stats increase in champion system

Hi there. I have a question regarding the following statement by ZOS:
"Updated the calculation with your Maximum Health, Magicka, and Stamina interacting with modifiers to better reflect the 20% increase to these stats from your first 100 points spent into each tree of the Champion Point system."
I have read the passives from the champion system and cannot find anywhere this 20% increase in stats. I mean, I did not know that you get 20% increase when you spend your first 100 points. Can anyone point to me where this is and how it works, nowhere in the game or on guides could I find this specification. I am already cp 700, so this menas I automatically have the 20% increase due to at least a 100 points spent in each constellation? Thanks

✭✭✭✭Afaik there’s no in-game notice of this mechanic.
That change simply means that the max stats granted from food wil lnow be boosted along with the base stats. I believe set bonuses and enchantments were already boosted by it but I’m not certain so take that with a grain of salt.0 -

You are correct in the fact that "cannot find these passives anywhere in the champion system"
There is no tooltip or information on this (as far as I know), you would have to been told it.0
