Mobile friendly build calculator

So I'm looking for a 100% complete build calculator and I can't find one.
I'm looking for something that I can plug EVERY VALUE into and play with accurate final stat numbers. I'm talking individual glyphs and traits, plug in your set pieces, food, potions, etc. allocate cp, skill, and attribute points. All so I can see my final numbers after the percentages hit, and it'd be great if it was updated for the new patch already with race and base stat changes in place.
Added plus if it's mobile friendly!
