Is this a Decent Stamina Sorcerer Build? For PvE

I was suggest to go with Shrouded Dagger instead of Crushing Weapon related to being a Red Guard now with the new Racials.

Either way looking for suggestion, etc. I don't know what the name of the gear I want would be before max level as well as xp traitors, etc. Still learning but if anyone has suggestions on the build or anything else playing this build I love to hear it.

That's a perfectly fine couple of skill bars. But you can only have 5 skills, so I would remove vigor of the first bar, you don't really need it as critical surge is already a potent heal.

If you're leveling, use crafted sets. Hunding's rage/Night Mother Gaze are very good. Twice Born Star is also very powerful on leveling characters, as you can get two Mundus stones, and their bonus values are the same regardless of your level.

You can go Vigor for Selfhealing. Critsurge is really strong, but it requires a attacked target for healing.

The other Skills are Ok, i am playing them on my stamsorc too. But i Switch my spammable sometimes, depending on what raid i am in. If you want to raid, the Stormatro would be better than Ballista. It makes more DMG and it gives a usable synergie to one Player.

If you go Redguard, use shrouded daggers from the dw-weapon line. You'll get 8% costreduction on all weapon abilitys, including ultimates.
