Stuff I notice with ESO

Why do you run the risk of being killed by a guard for stealing but yet one can assassinate a npc/player in
front of a guard and they do nadda...
Than they leave the digital dead scattered about like Pay Day candy bars?
I am new with ESO, so please bear with me.
I purchased Hundings Palace, great now where do I get the working girls to put the place to good use
and turn it into a house of ill Repute?
Hell the cops say nothing about killing why should a little prostitution upset them.
And I want a return on my investment.
ALSO having said all that, I noticed with my purchase of Hundings, a dock is included...
So where is my Los Angeles class attack submarine, fully armed, locked n loaded.
I'll give them domination by cart full.
So Hundings new name shall be the Council of Twelve

Naw...GTA is not my style. There r very few games which I enjoy, ESO/SKYRIM being the top of my list.
I'm surprised that I didn't start ESO a long time ago. I love the many nuances and twist n turns of the story line. But best of all
is really no set story line hamstringing you. Do as you want, learn as you progress. Damn slaughter fish, they should post warnings on the beaches.
What I'd really want is a comand line and the root of the NA server for ESO.
I'll get that sub yet...

Stealing is always worse than killing in this game for some reason. If you want a giant bounty, loot a bunch of corpses in front of one living NPC. (Secret tip: that helps toward your achievement for paying off bounties!)

Master Angler will give you a boat! Or you can construct your own.

For girls, I guess you could join an ERP guild and ask in chat for some of them to visit! You might get some dudes, too. And that fat male orc in a wedding dress who always shows up invited or not.

Uh it’s called role playing, you could easily start a guild for a house of ill repute That’s an old idea, people did that before housing became a thing in ESO

Really? Role playing? Reality isn't within the game.
I will hang my head in shame and disgrace.

Of course its role playing hence the want of a submarine, fully locked n loaded.
