✭✭✭✭✭I need to find them. They are not for a level 50.
Trying to find a complete 5-piece of any dropped set under level 50 (much less Syvarra’s Light) is as close to a fairy tale as one can get.
Because you level up so fast under 50, gear quickly becomes obsolete.
My recommendation is to wait until you get to the gear cap (CP160), before trying to scrounge up five pieces. There are similar 5-piece sets that are easier to obtain and (frankly) better. Such as Eternal Hunt ... which also deals poison damage and is craftable in light.
After you hit the gear cap, the best place to get Syvarra’s Light is through the guild stores (mentioned above) ... or by grinding the Thieves Guild heist quests.1 -

✭I don't intend to hit the gear cap, its for my their build, any level quality will suffice, I am just taking 4 piece for the 20% gaurd damage redux.

Heists are the best way ... pieces can also be found randomly where you normally would loot gear in Hew's Bane: treasure chests, bosses and mobs, quest rewards, and so on.
