Daedric protection on Stam Sorc?

Looking for some opinions. Is it worth changing my back bar ult to Temporal Guard for the minor protection vice running storm atro for the 20% stam regen on my back bar? It reduces my stam regen to 1382 (from 1580).

I would say yes cause I think minor protection is more worth then 20% Stam and Health regen. It's almost like 3x protective

Thanks guys, tried it and definitely felt tankier on my back bar... also didn’t really burn through resources as bad since my heals were “sticking” better with the extra mitigation.
