Daedric protection on Stam Sorc?

Looking for some opinions. Is it worth changing my back bar ult to Temporal Guard for the minor protection vice running storm atro for the 20% stam regen on my back bar? It reduces my stam regen to 1382 (from 1580).

For who? Stam DD in PvP, Mag DD in PvP, stam/mag DD in PvE, Healer, Tank?

its situational, like most things in pvp.

In pve the atro is a great ST ult. No matter which resource you go.
In pvp not so much. You can use it as LoS tool but that's about it. People tend to outrange it. I'd prefer guard or another defensive ult for Backbar. But depends on how much time you spend on there. Front bar it's either bound armor or nothing for my pvp stam sorc. The passives combined are too good to let go, even tho I rarely use the active skill.

Blood Craze, Steel Tornado, Streak, Bound Armarments, Flex (often Shrouded Daggers or Quick Cloak), DBoS
Poison Injection, Surge, Hurricane, Shuffle, another Flex (Dark Deal, Vigor, Draining Shot), Temporal Guard/ Absorption Field

But mind that I'm only playing once in a while again and was gone for almost the whole murkmire patch.
