My proposal is to reduce the damage of snipe and its morphs by 75% unless the target is affected by poison arrow or its morphs. Thoughts?

✭✭✭✭✭Three of my characters are bow/bow PvE. No one would argue bow/bow is an easy or overpowered path. Snipe is not what their builds are about but it is a decent skill. Any nerf to it would render it a worthless skill given its casting delay and snare while shooting it.
Leave snipe alone. Fix whatever desynch things are causing unintended problems in PvP.PC NA(no Steam), PvE, mostly solo2
