When I created the template for my DK it was specifically not going to be a tank, so instead I wanted to imitate an axe swinging warrior or "Champion" from LOTRO. Being an animal is always a positive, so the chosen race was Khajiit, and I made his fur look sorta like a cheetah with dried blood on the muzzle.
