Several of my friends and I enjoy playing werewolves these days, the last changes making them much more playable. They are fun, great, and that is why we play the game, fun.
So how about altering the Vampire skill line and giving us Skyrim style Vampire Lords, Magics equivalent to the WW. I am sure they could be just as fun as the WW's, especially with friends, Vampire runs yeah!!!

    That would be a lot of fun. I remember how awesome it felt to be able to "fly" around in Skyrim, and even over water (which would make Alessia Bridge much more interesting in PVP).

    Werewolf abilities are inherently associated with a transformation while vampires in the elder scrolls games have always been able to use their abilities without transforming into anything. Even in Skyrim vampires had abilities that aren't associated with a transformation.

    Vampire Lord is a completely separate concept albeit very fun. If ZOS added something like that it would make vampirism give too much in comparison to being a werewolf (you can't remove regular vampire abilities by making it completely tied to a transformation and you can't have both [regular abilities that can be used whenever and a full bar of abilities that are tied to a transformation]). Also the current active and passive skills have their uses and as long as that remains true there is no reason to drastically change anything. Although the abilities might receive a buff if vampire DLC ever drops (they would function relatively the same while being a bit more useful).

    What ZOS can do is offer players a Vampire Lord polymorph or a new strand of vampirism introduced in new content that is purely focused on being in a transformed state. Lore can be adjusted for the sake of fun (ex: bringing back dragons), but you can't completely alter the way a skill line functions without angering the playerbase that utilizes it.

    • Parse Food for PvE:(DPS) Ghastly Eye Bowl (increases Max Magicka by 4592 and Magicka Recovery by 459 for 2 hours).
    • Gold/Purple Food for Sorc PvP and Meme Tanking:(PvP) Clockwork Citrus Filet (increases Max Health by 3326, Health Recovery by 406 [useful if stage 1 vampire], Max Magicka by 3080, and Magicka Recovery by 338 for 2 hours). Witchmother's Potent Brew (Increase Max Magicka by 2856, Max Health by 3094, and Magicka Recovery by 315 for 2 hours.
    • Trash Potions when feeling cheap: Regular CP150 Essence of Magicka pots that I obtain frequently from playing the game or Crown Tri-Restoration Potion obtained from dailies.
    • Crafted Potions: Essence of Spell Critical (Bugloss, Lady's Smock, and Water Hyacinth). Without magelight this is my primary means of obtaining Major Prophecy on my Sorc, which increases my Spell Critical Rating. This also heals and restores magicka. Essence of Immovability (Columbine, Corn Flower, and Wormwood). I use this in PvP, since this gives me stealth detection, knockback immunity, and restores magicka (better to use it when competent allies are nearby, since it might reveal that you are surrounded by multiple players in stealth and you will not have an emergency pot available after use). Essence of Invisibility with only 2 ingredients (Blue Entoloma, Namira's Rot, Nirnroot, or Spider Egg). I use this in PvE content that requires stealth and if I need more speed I'll use Rapid Maneuver before using the potion. Essence of Invisibility with 3 ingredients (Blessed Thistle, Blue Entoloma, and Namira's Rot). Very useful in PvP alongside the vampire Dark Stalker passive, since you'll be invisible, ignore movement speed penalty while in Crouch, and you'll have a 30% movement speed boost from Major Expedition (I always have this slotted when riding from point A to B in PvP land, since gankers are always lurking). My templar/arcanist will mostly use Essence of Health (Tri-Stat Potion) Ingredients: (Mountain Flower, Columbine, and Bugloss).

    Could they implement Vampire Lord in a similar way to the Necromancers Bone Colossus? Where it's really just a polymorph with stats as opposed to transforming into something completely different like Werewolf?

    In the lore, the ability to transform into a Vampire Lord was given only to Harkan and anyone he wished to bestow the gift upon. It is very hard to integrate that into the game in a very lore-friendly way, but I would like to see playing a vampire be more rewarding. Having more skills would be cool, but not a whole transformation.

    This exactly. I'd love to see an update to vamp skills, but eso's bloodlines are from lamae bal, the volkihar clan is straight from molag, and lamae and molag oppose each other. Wouldn't do for a vamp lord to fight against molag in the first place, they worship him.

    As someone who only plays vampires I’d love this to happen I still play skyrim 🙂

    They can make the entirely new skill line for the Volkihar clan, and make it work like WW form. And obviously it'll be impossible to belong to both vampire clans in the same time.
