Guild House/Guild Hall Wish list

We have had housing for a bit now and many guilds have a Designated "house" which they have decorate with crafting stations and other stuff. this while a welcome addition to our quality of life falls short of its potential. Here are a few things that should be added to a guild hall for additional function/quality of life.
1. Give guild master the ability to Designate a specific house to be the Guild hall this would trigger several things
a. on the guild screen a port to guild house button would be activated so you port there more easily
b. If there is a "banker it should be upgraded to have the guild bank functions that the town based bankers do.
2. Guild house should have a portal stone ..

What else should a proper guild house have ?

2. Ability for all members to place items and pick them up (Potentially using the guild bank as a shared inventory)
3. As you said - Guild master can designate one of their houses as guild house, and add a new button to the guild homepage to travel there.
