Is there a fence and/or bank in Alik'r Desert - Bergama City?

I can't seem to find neither a Fence nor Bank in Bergama. The city seems big enough so maybe I'm missing something. If not, where is the newest Fence/Bank?
The mind is a walled garden, even death can not touch the flowers blooming there 🌹

Head to Sentinel if you need those services.2

VDoom1✭✭✭✭✭The size of the city doesn't determine if it has a fence or not. It's major cities like Sentinel that have one.

✭✭✭✭✭Only Auridon and Grahtwood have multiple Banks, and those zones have 2.
Any zone that has an Outlaw Refuge has only one of those.
Also, the Refuges use to have 5 or 6 Entrances, which explains some of the goofy interior architecture like Stairs that seem to go to nowhere.

✭✭Sentinel also has the easiest fence/refuge to get in and out of with close proximity to a wayshrine, if you have a bounty and tons of stolen stuff in your inventory1
