Spectre's Eye set on a tank?

What are your thoughts on Spectre's Eye set on a tank (except Nightblade tanks)? specially after the changes to Major Evasion, a well timed shield cast would give you Major Evasion wouldn't it? Where will this set be useful?

✭✭✭✭It's really not worth a 5-piece bonus, imo. Especially as it isn't as controllable as Hist Bark. If you were, for some reason, to NEED a gear-based source of Evasion, I'd lean towards Hist Bark.Thrice Empress, Forever Scrub0
