Lag spikes NA (PC Steam)

From last couple of days I'm getting insane lag spikes for no reason my usual ping is ~300 is range but as I enter combat are any delves or dungeon it's going over 999+ for no reason and kicking me out as well , have checked my router ..no issues and I'm not getting this in any other games I'm playing.

✭Odd, that started to happen to me last night on NA but I don't log in through Steam. And even with my ping not spiking it was taking 2-4 button pushes to get my char to respond. Even NPCs were lagging when I interacted with them. Chat was too, I typed and hit enter, count 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7+ then it finally appeared in the chat window.The purpose of art is washing the dust of daily life off our souls. ~Pablo Picasso -
