Not receiving email access code's

When i log in game or create a support ticket. Both are requesting email access codes. I am not receiving any of these emails as of today. Since i was last online yesterday, i have updated windows, updated BIOS and installed a new graphics card. All things are checked like the inbox, spam, promotions, etc in my email. All account info is correct. Codes usually arrive in my inbox after about 30 seconds

    I'm having the same exact issue. built a new computer and I've been unable to get to authorized for over 24 hours now.

    I have since hit cancel and tried a few more times with no luck at all. Waited 5+ mins each time. All the Forum emails still come through

    I seem to be coming across the same issue. Strange.

    I'm also not receiving any emails, I need to reset my game password and cannot.

    It's working for me now. As of the last couple minutes. An email code came through from my last attempt just under 2 hours a go. I made another code request by logging in. That came through in the normal time of about 30 seconds.

    Yup Just tried mine again and bam, everything worked.

    There was an issue earlier with mail delivery that impacted one-time access codes. This issue should now be resolved, so if you still run into any issues please let us know.

    Thanks for the update! I got all 15 attempts sent to me at the same time after the issue was resolved. Laughed at the strangeness.
