Maw of the infernal is easy to proc since it procs of both light and heavy attacks. Last 15 seconds as well.

Shadowrend last the same amount of time but is a more defensive option. Procs of taking damage and applies minor maim.

    Thank you!
But it seems like after the pet disappear (and cooldown is gone at the same time)it would still have to take some time for it to proc again.
I can't do math, but base on your experience how long would it take for those pets to appear again?

Yeah the uptime varies since it's RNG based, but statistically almost 100% is doable (but it doesn't work like that practically of course). I don't have numbers but I had decent uptime of both sets. Only used Maw for PvE and Shadowrend for PvP.

Mokuldin Sword is also considered a 'Pet' and lasts for 15 seconds and 10% chance of light and heavies.

For max up time - use both Morkuldin and say Maw together, you could also add Defiler as well for triple annoying combat Pets! (or Mad Tinkerer but it's a Magicka set)

I'm assuming you want to use a pet for necropotence on a DK or templar?

When I farming gear in public dungeons solo, I am wearing Maw and Defiler. Thanks for the tip for me to add Mokuldin to my setup.

You could also try Unfathomable Darkness instead of Defiler!
