I cant find the quest giver for the Seaside Sanctuary in Greenshade. Can someone give me a hint where to look for him/her?

✭✭✭✭✭That zone has large phased area that changes depending on progress in the zone main quest. So that does not help things. If you are sure your following the zone quest progression, try this. Go through Serpents Grotto, might as well do the quest related to that delve, and approach the town from the other end of Serpents Grotto. I think that is the only way I can get that towns quest give to show upEnjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
