A faction lock would bring a lot of pvpers back. Especially if combined with some kind of population regulatiion. In my oppinion PVP without fighting for a faction and a campaign of some sorts is no PVP at all, but just farming.

That’s how it’s always been , only difference is you’ll have people not helping the alliance but just farming and topping the leaderboard every week or month.

You know what would bring people back? Better server performance and devs actually giving a crap about pvp.

Seeing how Brians in charge and he's fixing problems, I think PvP will get better.

Yep, I'm at least hopeful. Given the state PvP has been allowed to fall too, I think installing Brian in his new role is a brilliant idea. He's supposedly a big PvPer himself. Plus, I read that he's ex-military and those guys usually are pretty damn good at having a gameplan and getting things done properly.
