I was on PS4 NA after the boom, and it was laggy, but now I tried swapping toons and I am sitting at a infinite loading screen as we speak.
The party members didnt try changing chars since the server going boom...

Closing app and relaunching seemed to fix.

I was able to log back in, but when I tried to log in to a toon that was in Cyradiil, it kept kicking me back to the toon log in page.

That has nothing to do with a server crash.. those are just gamefeatures. Part of the game. Always been there and will always be there. You didnt even have to get a dlc pack for it!

Snow, try totally re-booting the game from scratch. I had the same issues, but after closing down the Launcher and all, it worked.

Happened to my whole group in cyrodill ( Xbox one NA server ) weird tho because voice chat kept working till the server booted us

Soooo, you lot understand you have to FEED your hamsters to keep the servers going, right? You had a shocker today..... Any explanation on what you're going to do (and compensation as we are PAYING customers) or do we keep getting screwed by you. Keep this *** up and you will start losing people, unless that's your strategic business objective?

I couldn't send mail and I thought it was just some strange lag or something. I rebooted and it didn't help so i turned off all my addons haha but I kept disconnecting. Then a friend of mine noticed the amount of times I was logging in and out and that is when she told me there was server trouble.

I must have been in denial cause I did virus scans etc until that friend enlightened me haha

What is this, @ZOS_GinaBruno ? If the NA server runs into issues you guys acknowledge within 30 minutes but not a single word about the EU issues since January 28? Time to cancel my sub again.

NA server got attention by ZOS during the weekend after 30 min of first reports, meanwhile EU is nearly unplayable since 3 weeks during prime time. We need some insight into EU server issues too @ZOS_GinaBruno

So, when this happens on EU server we post like a 100 topics and get no response... But if it happens on NA server, you even take the time to respond on the weekend within half an hour?

There goes not buying Elsweyr and cancelling subscription. At least we know where we stand now...

Wow, really?? We on PC/EU can't even get a respons for over three weeks in multiple threads and for the Na sever you respond within 30 minutes in the weekend?

It's so totaly frustrating. Why should we keep spending money?

I want to see this issue like: ZOS is on it. They will fix the EU Servers... but honestly, reading this makes me feel like EU Players are considered as 2nd Class Customers.

Exactly. Just came back from hiatus only to get an ass card for being on the stepchild server. Often longer maintenance times for EU left a sour taste already, so I shouldn't be surprised now.

Don't get me wrong guys. I'm happy for everyone on the NA server that they get a quick fix but to blatantly show how little they value their players on "the other server" pushes me to leave again.

It's a matter of principle. ZOS, take your game and stuff it. And to Antonio, Mika, Jes or whoever wants to send me a mail to give out a warning for flaming, save your time. I already know it.
