First of all, you may check threads on khajiit changes before susmidts published data for 4.3.3 and majority of people were to revert khajiit back to crit chance 8%

Some very good endgame dPS in the name got very low differences between the races, say between Altmer and Argonian, at raid DPS of 60k DPS. At that range, the difference is lesser than 1k. For 99% of the population, who struggle to pull 30K on a good day, you won't find a difference. Also, being BiS Pvp tanks should make them slightly weaker in pve Dps. The whole issue with Khajiit is that new passive for dps is redundant with other forms of crit damage modifiers. It’s weak. The crit chance brought the fuzzballs more in line with the smelly elves.

✭✭✭✭✭When you realize that ZOS balances PVE like its a game of "King of the Hill", it suddenly makes sense why people who chase the meta talk about top tier PVE meta changes like one class/race/gear/build is the Winner and all the rest are irredeemable Losers.
For the rest of us, we'll continue completing content and having fun with our slightly-off-meta builds, races, and classes.3 -

Still expect Khajiit to get an buff monday. Would prefer more sustain and resources.Grinding just make you go in circles.
