Decon by jewelry crafter is always good way for purple rings if they are not spriggans, mothersorrow etc
Other sets are completely useless at the market yeah, i got some nice divine and infused pieces from rewards and bosses, checked, they were like 300-400 at TTC... -> decon, extra morrowind style material is always useful.3 -

Don't wait too long. Motif prices tend to plummet with the Anniversary event.1 -
