Enchanting in Vivec City is a Crime!

We can see at the start of the video that they are just behind you.
And at the end of the video, they're gone and coming back.

It's a good start, but there should be bigger consequences for having pets out at a crafting station/in a bank/writ turn-in

I assume it was for an master writs since it was an cp150 rune.

I've had the exact same thing happen to me while crafting the clothing daily on Stormhold. I had the scamp out, not the twilight.

Some petty thief tried to grab the lockbox nearby and got caught by the guard, which due to a bug resulted in my combat pet aggroing on the guard and attacking it. I got a Kill-on-Sight bounty while stitching some gloves.

Lesson to be taken from this is to not expect bugs like this to be fixed. Instead, put your pets away while in town.

by pets were acting bad while I had by back turned and crafting it seems but the way everything synced up as soon as the crafting started was pretty funny I guess ill have to remove my pets when I enter towns in the future.

Hey, that sort of things happen when you let your pets run free and not keep an eye on them! Why I remember that one time back when our family dog went after the neighbors chickens... and got one... same thing, really.

And yeah, we also had to pay a bounty then.

Learn from it, send them back to oblivion when gone crafting...

Of course, it would be far more to everyones liking if combat pets were -automatically- unsummoned when entering "safezone" cities. Would make sense lorewise as well, noone wants scores of daedric beasties or frigging bears running around without specific permit...

That is odd i have healed many ppl who where running from guards and never got aggro
so Def was attacking something

I don't have the healing pet morph tho and I don't understand why my pet would randomly attack something especially an NPC I did have attack innocents on but still Ive never had my pets attack something randomly with out me attacking or being attacked... either way very strange and kinda funny...

Your pet is not randomly attacking. Another player has done something to cause a guard to attack them and in the fight your pet gets hit with a stray AOE attack and, therefore, joins the fray. I had that happen one time and learned quickly that it is best to send those pets back to Oblivion when entering a town for crafting, etc.
