If the devs want a good view of what the actual Battlegrounds play like , day after day, they'd need to take regular characters in and play (and experience the bugs).

They might already do this, not that we'd know.

Easy. Class Reps. I refuse to believe that ZOS employees play any form of PvP in this game.

They definitely do this. I've been in several games with Gilliam and Rich. Probably other devs too but these are the only two whose live toons I recognize.

Who would win a car race, a engineer who constructed the car or a racing car driver who practises every day.... Same thing... Now if the engineer is a race driver himself that gives him an advantage since he knows the car inside and outside...
