I’ve had this character, Scott Of Libertalia, since the very first day of the game’s early access - March 30th, 2014. It’s been quite a journey, and obviously it doesn’t end here as there’ll be more achievements to come as they get added in with new DLCs and Chapters, but it’s a fantastic feeling to see 100% completion for the first time after almost half a decade of playing.



A big thanks to all of my friends and guildies over the years that helped make this possible, particularly my best mate @JamesDX, and of course to ZOS for creating this amazing game. Cheers!

Not to make you question your life choices or anything, but that means you have spent approximately 1/5th of your time since launch, playing not just ESO, but that character on ESO. 5 hours a day, every day, for 4 and a half years.

Grats though lol. Im barely like 40% myself.

Just to answer a few commonly asked questions in the thread: the last achievement I unlocked was Grand Standard-Guardian (500 flag defense kills in Battlegrounds), the hardest achievement in my opinion was Like Clockwork (vHoF hard mode/speedrun/no death) and thus the title I use at the moment (and will likely stick with for some time) is Tick-Tock Tormentor.

That's what I thought once I saw last image.
While I can congratulate with such a huge achievement, I also wonder that someone decided to spend almost a full year of their life for a virtual achievement. It's not a time you spend for enjoyments like reading, walking, playing, anything else. It looks like an everyday work... for this?

Wow, quite an achievement. Gratz to you. I also play since early access but i'm not even half way i think. But then, i don't chase it and don't care for it myself. But it is a great achievement dude. You get 10 awesome's for me if i could.

Congratulations, that is one hell of an achievement and as fellow EU player I'm super chuffed for you! ❤️ Nowhere near that myself and honestly don't think I will ever be. So congratulations once again, glad all your hard work payed off and hope you can keep up with the new achievements this coming year. Keep us posted!

P.s: I'm also curious to see if ZOS rewards you anything for this. You sure deserve it!

Absolutely amazing achievement @ScottOfLibertalia Not just because there is some really hard achievements but because as an endurance exercise it’s a real feat!

The most boring for me was definitely the Imperial City Cunning/Trove scamp kill achievements. With fishing you’re at least interacting with the game still, but for the scamp kills you have to just sit there doing absolutely nothing for 10 minutes in between every spawn...

The way my group did it was to have the tank take only the melee boss, and for the DDs to slot a taunt and take one ranged boss each. Then we just pulled the three bosses as far away from each other as possible without resetting the encounter, thus preventing them from jumping around.

The impressive part, more than having all the alliance ranks, or all of the random dungeon achievements and even all the no death runs is that you have all the monster trophies. I’ve played since console launch and have killed thousands upon thousands of creatures and I’m still not half way through those.

How is it not spending time for enjoyment? Some people really like achievement hunting. I don't see it as being any different than spending time on another sedentary hobby, like reading or watching TV or... well, playing video games. If they wanted to hunt achievements and had fun doing it, then why would it not be the same thing?
