can we change that skill to be a beam instead of projectile for uhm aesthetic reasons ....

    Only if the animation on dark flare gets changed to be more akin to throwing a fireball instead of flapping your arm into the air with a limp wristed "peh"

    Thing is, it is stupid that it's reflectable. You SUCK life from someone. It's an extraction.

    It has less reason to be reflected than crushing shock.

    if u think about it like that lightening staves light attacks shouldnt be reflected too and the animation should look like an actual lightening hitting the enemy now that would be cool.

    Oh I love that great fireball move. Super strong but it takes time to powerup and you can move while powering up.

    Not so. You -throw- a magic spell at someone whihc then on contact with their living body sucks the life from them, and returns it to you ( and possibly a boddy, depending on morph). if the spell gets reflected before it can suck, well... there you are, right? Same as if a vampire gets staked before they can suck, right? ;)

    From a game mechanic point of view, it makes a great deal of sense too.
    I mean, it IS the most effective skill magblades have, so it also would have to have some counters to prevent it from being OP, riiiight?

    And most times, its no big deal (unless you meed one of those darn flappy wings in PvP!)

    the thing is with the ammount of dk running around in pvp and looking at the kit that magblades have. its absolutely pointless to fight them. just let urself get killed. there are no effective nightblade skill for magicka to use against dk. nightblades are forced to play stamina only in pvp rip magblade

    Biggest rework to this skill is that it needs to be non-reflectable.

    Just look at the animation and you'll see why.
