Looking for specific Healer addon

I once had an addon that would show a diminishing line for HoT effects like Mutagen, but having reinstalled the game after a reinstall of windows I lost all of that. Been a year since I played the game and I can't remember or find the addon or it's name. Anyone happen to know what addon I am looking for? It worked with most group frames including the default group frames so I am pretty sure it wasn't a group frame addon.
