It's obviously a vault where you keep all of your spare Mhuvnaks.Taking stealth away from the Bosmer is like taking magic away from the Altmer, making Nords allergic to mead, or making Orcs pretty.1 -

She seems to suddenly come with an impressive CV when she was trapped in dungeon trying to find a way to make ends meet. Perhaps a Volenfell II would fill up the gaps. He was a member of the seventh Legion ? Or a simple adventurer ?
Because he wears an imperial armor (he and his acolytes who look like soldiers) and the colors of the armor correspond to those adopted by the Legion.
