Make Set Bonuses great again (Scaling)

I'm so tired of looking at armor/item sets,

+weapon/spell
+magicka/stam
+crit/bonus

There is almost no flavor anymore. Please can DEVs consider adding some scaling to proc sets. I would love to see variation in builds and being able to try new things.

Everyone plays the exact same way with the exact same gear (+stat) at endgame. Would be nice for one day that everyone was different but efficient in their own way.

Just have it disabled in PVP.

    ^ umm, yes! please!

or even if the procs don't work against HUMANS and still use them in pvp (im thinking imperial city! my playground!)

Compared to people that I've ignored = I am 18% more insightful, 20% less agreeable, and 88% more awesome.

Just let it effect PvP as well and deal with it. Let everyone burst everyone else, itll be a true War then, one shots everywhere.

We screamed that gear was replacing player skill with procs...

So ZOS homogenized the gear so player skill could shine through...

And now we're complaining that the gear is boring and everyone plays the same way?

The Devs really can't please everyone, can they?

Yes.There are so, so many sets out there which are completely obsolete. It's a real shame, I mean look at those poor old Maelstrom sets for eg.

I have no idea how they would go about rectifying this now with so many new sets and changes in combat and builds that are around, but I couldn't agree more with with the OP.

Unless you're me and don't wear proc sets. Then its:

ESO PVP = Me vs Player + Proc

And then you look at the death recap and see Valkyn Skoria or Daedroth got the fatal blow.

That'd be hilarious if only Nords, Bretons, and Imperials didn't get affected by proc sets xD
Since everyone seems to be doing this,

They don't have to be better than what we have now, but atleast add some sort of scaling so they aren't complete trash.

You could have procs scale with buffs, like major/minor courage/force, allow them to crit etc.
