Just finished this quest a few moments ago and actually had to desummon my Wild Guardian during the quest. The issue is that whenever my companion would speak during the quest, my wild guardian would also "talk". Which was just the chosen companions voice lines being repeated and giving the voice lines a very annoying echo effect. It also shows up in the subtitles as well if you have them turned on.
