Morag tong will be better on your dk than your Stam Sorc. Stam sorcs will be much better with a higher magicka pool and a set that boosts weapon damage. Templar’s work well with a slightly higher Stam pool for power of the light proc and also a lot of weapon damage and good sustain. Sets include hulking draugr, bone pirate tatters, ravager, night mother’s gaze, automaton. I’ve been through a whole rotation of sets on my stamplar including some off sets like Knightmare, but there’s no denying the solid stats of bone pirates, ravager and bloodspawn. I run deaths wind back bar and one protective jewelry in 5 medium 2 heavy.

Why are stam sorc better with higher magicka? I rarely use it except for crit surge.
Medium sets that increase weapon damage that I'm seeing that might be applicable to PvP are Deadly Strike, Morag Tong, Oblivion and Automaton. Morag Tong still looks the best out of them but Automaton looks like a decent second set.
My DK doesn't use much poison. He has claws and breath.

I'm not going to use Morag Tong with him. Maybe Shacklebreaker for first set because it's an easy craftable.
So I just looked up the Bone Pirate set. Looks like it would be best used with Provisioning passives to increase that drink duration. I might have to start working on his Provisioning if I want to use that set.

Your strength will partly come from being able to run low sustain high weapon damage because dark deal is a ton of sustain, so you want a decent mag pool. Shackle breaker and fury works ok on a Stam DK. The issue with Stam DKs isn’t that they lack damage or power healing it’s that they’re slow. They lack burst of any kind really. They’re pretty good 1v1 and in groups. Outnumbered is hard.

Fury is Warrior's Fury? Says it drops in Rewards of the Worthy but I haven't seen it and I've been doing PvP for a month.

It used to drop in ROTW. Now I think you will either have to go to Vlastarus or find it on guild traders. ROTW sets were changed with Murkmire
