Can't port into trials on PS4

Happened a lot on Sunday. 1-3 group members could not port into trials. Not the typical “instance full” nonsense, but a new one where the game froze and then you got kicked out of the game altogether. Took 4 attempts for me to get into Cloudrest. Got some blue screen with an error message on the fails.
