Tier 3 PvP Rewards worthless

Well they obviously changed what items you get which has now made the tier 3 rewards useless. Before you got 5 purple jewelry items at the end if your alliance won Vivec. Now it's 5 purple items in general which is more than garbage now. Why change it? Keep it to jewelry. It was at least half useful then.
