Performed Vvardenfell World Boss and Delve Dailies... no event tickets

Just now (14:20 EST on 2019/02/11), I was able to access and perform Vvardenfell World Boss and Delve daily quests... but received no "Morrowind Celebration" event tickets when I turned in the quests.

Given the lack of any response and the impossibility of using the ticket system for defects like this in the past, I am of the opinion there is no utility in attempting to report this to ZOS. I report it here so that other users will know the event may in fact be "broken". I will assume event ticket rewards are simply lost for today, and try again tomorrow.

The article linked below goes over some of the requirements for getting event tickets during the Morrowind Celebration Event.

Where can I find the Morrowind delve and world boss daily quests to receive Event Tickets during the Morrowind Celebration Event?

    ....
There are three reasons that a character will not receive an Event Ticket in the reward for completing a World Boss Daily quest or a Delve Daily quest:
    • The character did not obtain a World Boss Daily quest and/or a Delve Daily quest from their respective quest givers before undertaking the respective quest(s). Note that your character can join a group(s) to perform these quests. If your character does not have the required daily quest, then ask the group to share the appropriate one with your character. Without it, your character cannot receive an Event Ticket after completing the quest.
    • The current World Boss Daily quest and/or the current Delve Daily quest has already been obtained by one or more of your characters. Only the first character which completes it, and receives the rewards from the NPC to which they must report the outcome of the quest, will receive one Event Ticket in addition to the other quest rewards. The other characters receive only the rewards containers.
    • Your characters accumulated a total of 12 Event Tickets before receiving and/or completing the Daily quest for which no Event Ticket was awarded. At least one of your characters must visit the Impressario for their Alliance and exchange 10 Event Tickets either for Feathers, which you need to summon a Nascent Indrik mount, or for Berries, which you must feed to a Nascent Indrik mount in order to "evolve" it into an Indrik Mount.
More details follow, if you need or want to read them:

Some things of which to be aware are not clearly explained by the ZOS marketing department on the website page Return to Vvardenfell & Earn Bonus Rewards During the Morrowind Celebration Event -- for which you have to search, since at this writing it is not directly accessible from the Home page (not even under Recent News):

    (1) As stated in the article to which ZOS_BillE linked in his reply, your character must first obtain the World Boss Daily Quest and the Delve Daily Quest from their respective quest givers, in the Hall of Justice (Vivec City):

    6gcs16ewpnec.png

The NPC from which your character will receive the rewards -- including one Event Ticket (per day) for each of the two quests -- is disclosed in the Quest description in your character's Journal. They are also marked on the Map of the cantons (shown in the first image above) either with arrowheads, or with symbols for the door which your character must enter to find them. Nonetheless, finding each NPC at their respective locations can be ..... a challenge.

    (2) At this writing all Daily Quests reset at 1:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. (During Daylight Savings Time, all Daily Quests reset at 2:00 AM Eastern Daylight Savings Time.) Thus, presently a player character can obtain each current quest at any time between 01:00 AM today and 12:59 AM tomorrow. A quest obtained during a previous day can still be completed after the next day begins, and the corresponding quest for the current day will become available after the one for a previous day is completed.

After a character has already completed a Daily Quest for the current day, then its quest giver will not give the same character their Daily quest to complete again (until after the Daily Quests reset). In my experience, the quest giver will give the current Daily Quest to any character that has not completed it yet. So, multiple characters for the same player can perform the respective Daily quests, and receive the reward containers -- but not receive more Event Tickets before the quests next reset.

    (3) Your characters, collectively, cannot acquire more than 12 Event Tickets at any time (account limit). If you accept and complete a World Boss Daily or a Delve Daily quest after acquiring 12 Event Tickets, the quest reward will not include an Event Ticket.

So, when the accumulated total is at least 10 Event Tickets, visit the Impresario at Daggerfall (Pact), Davon's Watch (Covenant), or Vulkhel Guard (Dominion) according to the character's Alliance. Use them to buy Berries or to buy a Feather, depending upon your needs and strategy for acquiring and evolving one or more Nacent Indrik Mounts into Indrik Mounts.

In conclusion (you thought this would never end, right?): Perchance your character does not receive an Event Ticket in the reward for completing either of the two Daily Quests (or both), when they should receive one -- as described above -- then be sure that the accumulated number of Event Tickets has not reached 12 (on the Bags/Inventory UI > Currency tab). If the total is less than 12, then please submit a report to the Support team.

    Enjoy!

why can't you provide this info in the news bulletin?
I didn't know this event had started. A suitable banner on the start screen would be nice as well
