So my steam account just got hacked, even with steam guard. Is there any way that the hacker might be able to reach eso even from another computer? if so is there any way to unlink steam with eso account?

You're best bet is to submit an ESO support ticket (if you still can) telling ZOS the account maybe compromised, they can then block/suspend it until it's back in your hands (this stops someone messing with your stuff).

You also need to contact Steam and your old Email provider ASAP to try and start the process of locking them out and recovering the accounts.
If you're able you should also start changing passwords for anything else you've used that password on.

Sorry I thought you had lost your email account as well, but just reread and you said the account email had been changed not your email password had been changed. Sorry for any confusion.

Just make sure you update any passwords you may have shared with Steam, or even be safe and update your passwords regardless. You can also check "have I been pwned" website to see if any sites your emails are registered with have had security issues.

Account recovery page is here: https://help.bethesda.net/app/account_recovery/p_id/eso
