Question About Bad Man's Hollow Skyshard?

I just started a new character and going around to some of the public dungeons for some exp and quick skill points and I can't seem to find the Skyshard in there I looked everywhere and all google searches turn up the wrong info I know it exists since I have it on other characters but I can't seem to find it does anyone know where it is?
after doing some search on the forums here Ive seen old threads from like 2014 so this is still an issue.
worst case I guess I can hop on my PC character and download an add-on for skyshards find it and then log on to my Xbox character and find it but i really don't want to...

✭✭✭When you drop down the hole, it's the right cave. Then on your right side there is a drop, that leads to the boss snake.
The skyward in in that drop if I recall correctly.٩(͡๏̯͡๏)۶

✭I found it eventually but I walked past this place a whole lot and the Skyshard just didn't show up for me after login and out and going to the spot it did appear very strange I'm kicking myself for not getting any kind of screen shots before hand but at the very least Ive put in a ticket just to let someone know this might be a problem...Xbox One - NA GT: RebornV3x
