Exporting Keybindings?

I've been looking for a way to export my custom keybindings for the Gamepad in order to turn them into an addon to share with friends. Thus far I have been unable to find any way of exporting these setting, or locating any sort of .ini file for these settings on the local machine. Does anyone know if it is possible to do this, or could possibly point me in the right direction to research it further?

Before anyone mentions it: Yes, I am aware of and use Votan's Keybinder to share my settings between my characters. I have not found any way to utilize this addon for my purpose as of yet though.
