2 pieces of balorgh in impen

Run in a 5-1-1 setup with the drink dubious camoran throne

Backbar skills:
Poison inject, shuffle, shade, vigor, cloak, ultimate as temporal guard.

Front bar skills:
Surprise attack, grim focus, rally, mass hysteria, ambush, ultimate as incap.

You can also take this build into cp enabled campaigns just switch out

7 impen to 3 pieces and 4 well fitted make up the difference with cp.
switch drink to rosy disposition tonic.
Pretty standard stamblade cp setup would work just make sure to put 10% into magic recovery.

If you decide to go nonvamp the troll kings monster set and running tri recovery drink would be an option you could look at (if you think you have the damage needed to get the job done)

Why would you use bright-throat boast? Is that not too much magicka and magicka recovery for a stam build?
I would understand a similar setup on magicka characters, where stamina management actually is very important in PvP, but I guess, that that much magicka is not needed on a stamnb. Therefore I personally would switch bright-throat boast with shacklebreaker, which still provides magicka and magicka recovery (to a lesser extent than bright-throat), but also stamina, stamina recovery and weapon damage. That should result in much more offensive power, but still would remain the needed magicka and sustain. But it is your build, so it must work out for you.

There's a few NB skills that stamblades use that still require magika.
Also efficient purge is nice to be able to use (when possible)

Last year or so I messed around with bone pirate but used witchmothers in stead of dubious, worked for me though I'm no nightblade expert.

Exactly it gives you the option for utility with a very generous magic pool, being able to shade and perma cloak on a medium armour build freely is something truly remarkable.

If shade isn't your cup of tea, another utility skill can be placed there,

as mentioned above efficient purge, for obvious reasons

crippling grasp is fun to give you access to an immobilize... major expedition without having to dodge roll is always nice

Refreshing path for a heal and run(also great for misdirection.... path 1 way run the other,

Revealing flare is another good option
