Returning player, 500 crown & Morrowind Sale

I've been trying to return ESO. It's been 3 years since last time I play.

Now,re-installed client and I realized there is 500 crown gift campaign.

But will I get this one? Am I too late?

Also I realized ESO standard edition is on sale on steam.

I got "Gold Edition" three years ago. Does mine comes with Morrowind chapter?
If not, should I buy this one? Or should I get it by other mean(If I remember correctly I can buy DLC in game)?

1: To qualify for the free crowns, you must have logged in to the game between January 1, 2017 at 2:00AM EST, and February 7, 2019 at 2:00AM EST

If you didn't login in that time frame you are out of luck i think.

The Elder Scrolls Online: Gold Edition includes the following content:

It does not come with morrowind.

Eso Plus does give you access to all dlcs ( morrowind too ) just not summerset or the warden class.

Well, I did not going to get 500 gold...well, that's a bummer.

But well, may be it's good time to try ESO plus.
It's worth it right?

I can't speak for anyone else, but I'm enjoying it, and think it is completely worth it
