yes, u can buy pvp stuff and sell to ppl for gold. e.g. akaviri/ordinator motifs, that jewelry triune stone, when u r lucky the golden vendor has boe bis rings/necks.

Buy motifs, gems etc and sell them on the store is the only way I know.

There's no conversion, if that's what you are asking.

Typically, people will use AP to buy items and sell them for gold.

Militant Ordinator motifs, Akaviri motifs, jewelry trait stones, PVP vendor gear, PVP or purple quality jewelry, and Golden Vendor BOE sets are all good things to buy with AP and sell for gold. Take a look at your guild stores and see what sells well - in my guilds, Akaviri has plummented due to event rewards, so Militant Ordinator commands much higher prices.

that would be cool though if the banker (or another npc) converted AP, tel var, and crowns directly to gold...

Just do us all a favor and price your AP acquired gear at median price or better yet a bit higher. Especially stuff like Miltant Ordinator motifs. Use Master Merchant to get a good sense of prices. I always try to up the prices at least a little to keep things worth the AP you have to spend to get them.

I like to up my prices so items don't sell quickly. Nothing makes me more profit than having 30/30 items not selling in my guild store.
