Does membership unlocks every DLC?

Hello everyone. I've been thinking about giving ESO another go, I love ranger like characters (Bow/Dualwield) and well, Warden fits perfectly, however, if get to play it seriously, I want to enjoy the max out of it, including the expansions such as Morrowind, Summerset Isles, etc, however, buying each individual expansions, is too expensive here where I live, way out of my budget but the membership is at an acceptable price.

Elsweyr unlocks Morrowind and Summerset. Think old chapters also get bundled into ESO+ to as Morrowind is

Keep in mind that Elsweyr only includes Morrowind and Summerset if you pre-purchase. It does grant you immediate access to Morrowind and Summerset though.

Also I wouldn't bet on Summerset becoming a DLC (like Morrowind, which is in fact included in ESO+ now but not the Warden!). Morrowind had core features moved to the base game, namely Battlegrounds, and it's less likely that Jewelry Crafting will follow in the same fashion.

The cheapest option for you would be to pre-purchase Elsweyr and then get ESO+. With the crowns you get from that you should/could unlock the DLCs so that eventually ESO+ won't be mandatory for you anymore to play DLC content.
The guilds and glory DLC pack contains Thieves Guild, Dark Brotherhood, Orsinium and Imperial City all at 55% off (4500 crowns).
The dungeon DLCs shouldn't be your highest priority unless they have sets or cosmetics you can't go without.
If you play through the main quest of Morrowind, keep in mind that Clockwork City continues that story which then leads into Summerset.

Thanks, man. I am not a huge MMO fan, truth be told I am playing more for the story and the universe of the Elder Scrolls, which is why I am a bit worried about the Chapters and stuff.

Only the standard edition and collectors edition (the ones that have base game) unlock Morrowind and Summerset. If you already own the game and are upgrading, Morrowind and Summerset are not included with the upgrades. There is a slider to compare game versions located here.

So basically if you already own the game and are upgrading to Elsweyr, Morrowind and Summerset will not be included. If you pre purchase a NEW game package (new account) that will.

I am kind of annoyed that the expansion would put me out $40 or so when I got into the game for less than $15 for Summerset (Black Friday). I am not sure that I would wait until next Black Friday for another sale, but 3x the price for an expansion is annoying.

If you buy the upcoming Elsweyr chapter, you can get it bundled with Morrowind and Summerset, or, you don't even need to do that, because since you're getting ESO plus, when Elsweyr comes out, Summerset will probably be made into a DLC just like Morrowind was when Summerset was released, so ESO plus will give you access to both of those too regardless.

So all you need to do is buy the Elsweyr chapter upgrade and ESO Plus and you'll have access to everything.

I know the upgrade doesn't include them - They're getting ESO plus, so it doesn't matter if they get the bundle or just Elsweyr only.

When Summerset was released, Morrowind became branded as a DLC - thus, with ESO plus you gained access to it even if you hadn't bought the chapter nor the Summerset bundle that included it.

It's not confirmed if the same will happen to Summerset when Elsweyr comes out, but there doesn't seem to be any reason that wouldn't be the case.

EDIT: Ah, I see what you were referring to now. I thought I remembered reading or hearing that you could get the full edition (Morrowind + Summerset + Elsweyr) added to existing accounts but only if you did it through support or something, but I can't find that anywhere again so I probably misheard it. Sorry for the confusion.
