Good evening,
I am not able to log into the support portal so I cannot submit any account based tickets. I've been passed from one customer service agent to the next, although they have been helpful in getting me access to these forums. However, I haven't heard anything for days now and I sent an email through responding to a CS agent a few mins ago and I had a reply "ticket closed as duplicate". I'd appreciate it if somebody from ZoS could get in touch with me as I feel my issue has just turned into a "hmm dunno....next".
