I honestly can't pick. I thought they were all pretty good. Your poll seems a little biased.

And the word you're looking for in option 4 is "than", not "then". Than is a comparison. Then is a sequence.

    Summerset
Hard to say, but I think I probably liked the Summerset story the most. I struggle to decide whether I like the addition of warden or Psijic skill line more. Probably warden as I enjoy tanking on different classes now and then. Maelstrom Arena is a big plus for Orsinium.

The Orsinium story felt a little more mundane to me than the other two. Political drama. I guess I also find Orc personalities a little overbearing.

    Morrowind
Morrowind for me. I'd rank them:

    1. Morrowind
    2. Summerset
    3. Orsinium

I really didn't like the Orsinium story (I hated that you had to kill the progressive king and set orc society backwards). I also wasn't a huge fan of the environment. It was kind of boring.

You need to specify what criteria you're using to judge what "better" is.

Personal preference is personal. What I consider to be "better" isn't going to be "better" for someone else.

I love Morrowind for all the backstory/history of the stuff I found in the single player Morrowind; so many "so THAT is how that happened" moments.

I enjoyed Summerset for background information, story arc, other fun stuff in a zone never visited before.

Orsinium has a nice zone; didn't much care for the story, but, personal opinion again.

My Dunmer preferred Morrowind, my Orc preferred Orsinium, and my Altmer hasn't been to Summerset yet. So my Argonian's preference makes most sense.

Kind of a tough choice, I think Orsinium is the most relevant still today with Maelstrom being there, and I just found Summerset awful boring with annoying loud sea slug voice overs. I don't go back there at all, except for the occasional brief moments where I am going to grind the worst mundane skill line quest in the history of all mmos.

Vvardenfel had that music and lore that pinged my nostalgia heavily so I didn't mind it nearly as much, but the terrain and the mobs in it were just annoying to deal with the whole way.

While we are at it, AP style suggests you write numbers below ten as words and not as digits. So it should be four and not 4.

The Summerset chapter is screwed up for me, because of weak and silly antagonist mostly. Just try to remember how she looks like, and take into account that devs have no plans to change it, as far as I know. Though Orsinium has a great story too, but it's not a so-called "chapter', so my vote goes to the Vvardenfell.

I felt the end of Morrowind's main quest line to be much more epic and satisfying than Summerset. Also Morrowind had a nostalgia bonus while Summerset felt a bit underwhelming. Most of it was great or even better than Morrowind, but not being able to visit the actual city of Cloudrest is a big minus in my book.

To be honest I thought Morrowind questline was pretty bad. It looked to me that it tried to hit players nostalgia pretty hard instead of trying to make a story on it's own. Don't get me wrong there were some good moments, but in contrast with Orsinium and Summerset, just plain underwhelming.

Then we have Summerset vs Orsinium. In terms of content Summerset technically would win since it has more features: Trial, Guild + Skill tree, more "lore" since we never had that much story about Altmers, but even then It felt to me it was way overpriced, it was more expensive than some full games even and that's why Orsinium is better for me.

I voted for Morrowwind, because overall I thought it was a better chapter. Mostly it was esthetics, but I really liked the main quest, and storytelling in general. Also, the sound of the silt striders takes me back a few years.

Summerset? I think I'm one of the few people that embraced the Psijic questline. I used it as an opportunity to score a bunch of wayshrines, skyshards, and lorebooks. As an explorer, it's a great quest to get you out there and see the whole of the land. As for the rest of the chapter..meh. I thought the land was very washed out, and the isle itself to be quite small. I have a jewelcrafter from it, but the system is tedious with all the grains and whatnot.

Orsinium I liked a fair bit, mostly due to it's robustness. Also, the Julianos crafting station gets used a lot.

Orsinium had the best story, because it had a smaller scope that actually focused on the zone and explored the culture appropriately. Morrowind's and Summerset's story feel much more disconnected from the zone.

HoF was a better trial, probably one of the better paced trials in the game <No filler bosses, and felt more like a crawl vs a mini arena with bosses like Cloudrest>. Toss in new class + new PvP mode and everyone got a little something for that chapter rather than just one playstyle.

I didn't play when Orc Land dropped so I don't have the goggles on for that. It was alright, but just feels like a really big quest DLC with less skill points awarded. VMA is nice, but solo only.

I loved orsinium that zone was amazing the landscape the amount of content. It was great and every dlc since can't compare. While I loved morrowind and summerset the beauty of orsinium really sticks with me. I'm not a fan of any of the 3 races of these lands but I'd rank them as follows,

    1.Orsinium
    2.Summerset
    3.Morrowind

RABIDxWOLVERINE - Xbox One, NA, Ebonheart Pact

    Summerset
I'm a huge fan of Summerset -- I love the place and I think the quests are pretty good.

I really liked Orsinium/Wrothgar as well, although the main quest was a bit laborious to play through.

By way of comparison, I don't like Morrowind/Vvardenfell at all. The main quest line was laborious. I don't like the Vvardenfell/Stonefalls aesthetic of narrow pathways through basalt. Something is off in the world boss fights -- I just can't see what is happening, which is a problem I do not have in Orsinium or Clockwork City or Hew's Bane. The great length of the delves isn't balanced by any coolness factor that makes me happy to spend time in them. (Except of course for the Dwemer ones.) Etc.

    Summerset
Summerset had the most enjoyable gameplay. Orsinium's story was better, but the gameplay drive me nuts. The timed trial thing, all the stealth, Lady Laurent's annoying avalanche quest... Morrowind was my least favorite, combining ashy ugly skies I've seen to much of IRL, combined with nonstop stealth missions, confusing delves... Several storylines were excellent, but the overall experience was the worst of the three.
