Random NPC Selector
I am working on a coding project which chooses a random NPC from ESO and provides their name, location, picture, and other information. The purpose of this is to give myself a sort of assassination quest similar to the Dark Brotherhood. Because of this, it can't choose essential NPCs, and I need to know if a character is only available with certain DLCs. I know that all of the NPCs are listed here, but I don't really want to look through every single one, and much of the data is incomplete, meaning I can't scrape each link for info.
Does anyone know of a more complete data set? Otherwise, would any of you want to join me in collecting the data? This would also go toward updating the Wiki.

I should mention that I am only looking for named, non-hostile NPCs, but any NPC that is documented will be added to the wiki.0
