Apparently there's a poster that directs you to Unel Darano, who in turn directs you to both Beleru Traylan Omoril.

I can't find this poster, which is supposed to be in the Temple Canton. So none of the above Dunmer are speaking to me :disappointed:

You have to do the very first quest in the Vivec plot line, which starts in Seyda Neen. You should not have to leave Vivec city once you get there.

You have to complete the first quest in Vivec's quest line. Starts with the injured Armiger between Vivec and Seyda Neen. After you officially meet Vivec the character, the poster will be available just in front of the Library.

I dont have the time to complete pre quests

good job I had 12 tickets from last event and just bought the berry

    Will skip this event

You are going to skip the entire event (and it's tickets) because of a quest that takes a few minutes to complete? Ok.

Here is the quest breakdown. It's very simple, and then you're good to go.

Yeah, you can't bypass the starter quest, until you've done it you can't even see the dailies. But like people have said it's very quick, probably faster than completing one of the dailies.

You speak to a couple of NPCs outside Seyda Neen, go to a tomb just off the road, fight through one or two rooms (remember this is designed for level 3 characters, so the combat is very simple), watch a short scene, speak to a couple of NPCs, go to Vivec City, speak to a few more NPCs, do a very short fetch quest within the city (with no combat), watch another short scene and speak to another couple of NPCs and you're done.

You can probably do the whole thing in under 5 minutes if you click through all the dialogue immediately. Of course if you want to take longer you can, there's a lot of optional dialogue and it's the introduction to the Vvardenfell storyline so there's a lot of background info which comes in useful later. But even if you're interested in that you could click through it quickly on an alt to get access to the dailies and come back later to do it properly.

Of course skipping the entire event is an option too. Each event so far has given more than enough tickets so it is possible to miss one and still get all the indriks. (And at some point feathers and berries will be sold in the crown store, for an unknown price.) But it seems a bit of an over-reaction to skip it because there's an introductory quest when until that moment you were prepared to do 2 daily quests per day to get the tickets.

Once you finished Divine Conundrum, there's a poster (in the Temple District even, iirc) giving you the quest to go into the Hall of Justice and get your dailies.
Apart from that, there are no prerequisites for the Vivec dailies.
You need to advance a lot further to get to the Ashlander dailies but as Champion of Vivec, you should get them. (They don't give event tickets, though.)

    Update on the Ashlander dailies:
To unlock them, you don't need to do the main quest.
You have to complete the quest Ancestral Ties, given by Drelyth Hleran in Ald'ruhn, and then Ashlander Relations, given by Udami at Urshilaku Camp.
After that, the dailies are available.

Tip on navigating the quest givers in the various cantons of Vivec -- if you go to where a bridge connects the two main cantons on their highest levels, the quest arrows are actually clear and easy to understand.

Wow, what a foolish thing to say. I am sure getting one ticket is more work to do than complete the pre quest. I am glad for you that you have your 12 tickets, but what a foolish thing to say where you can get so many more tickets just because you don't want to do 10 minutes or less for a quest?

    To each their own.

You would have time to run around to a world boss and through a delve each day but not for a zone starter quest once?

I mean, do what you want, but seriously: what?

For some of us (PvPers) these events are just THAT boring. It's only the nagging feeling that you might miss out on something good by not participating.

History, like a human being, is thirsty when it wakes from its slumber…History wants to drink up an enormous amount of blood. And even if history has tired of drinking blood, that’s only in regards to the amount. But what about quality? The larger the sacrifice is, the more delighted the cruel gods will be.

Actually, it is boring even for some PvErs. So I think I am going to pass on delves and just kill bosses when able (maybe I just spent too much time in Morrowind chapter). Though, it goes only for DLC and chapter dailies, not for major in-game Celebrations for me.

These events are for those, who want to get DLC specific things like motifs. ZOS uses berries as an additional incentive and at least I am grateful that they give plenty of opportunity to get berries beforehand, so we can skip some events.

Is it possible that you did it on another character? I am not sure about title, but tatoos are account-wide

I did it on a fresh character to see how long it would take: 12 minutes. It would have been faster if I had a faster mount, and the wayshrines already activated.

There is a bit of legwork initially to get to the wayshrines, and the quest locations after the intro. But, once you do it, it's easy peezy and quick as there are so many other people taking down the WBs. I'd say, another 10 mins to complete 2 dailies.

Pin this. If you people who could care less about story just do this and skip all the dialogue it doesn’t even take 10 minutes per character. Takes longer to make Mac and Cheese.
